SUMMARY MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING

Monday, November 15, 2021                                                        Held Remotely via Zoom

5:45 p.m.                                                                                                                                

PRESENT:      Mayor Hall, Deputy Mayor Scully, Councilmembers McConnell, McGlashan, Chang, and Robertson

ABSENT:       Councilmember Roberts

STAFF:        Debbie Tarry, City Manager; Kendyl Hardy, Deputy City Clerk

GUESTS:     Dick Cushing, Waldron

1.         CALL TO ORDER

At 5:47 p.m., the meeting was called to order by Mayor Hall who presided.

2.         ROLL CALL

Upon roll call by the Deputy City Clerk, Mayor Hall, Deputy Mayor Scully, and Councilmembers McGlashan, McConnell, Chang and Robertson were present.  

Councilmember McConnell moved to excuse Councilmember Roberts for personal reasons. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Chang and approved by unanimous consent.

3.         EXECUTIVE SESSION: Personnel RCW 42.30.110(1)(g)

At 5:47 p.m., Mayor Hall recessed into an Executive Session for a period of 60 minutes as authorized by RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to evaluate the performance of a public employee. He stated Council is not expected to take final action following the Executive Session.

The Executive Session ended at 6:27 p.m.

4.         ADJOURNMENT

At 6:27 p.m., Mayor Hall declared the meeting adjourned.
