This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council on any subject which is not of a quasi-judicial nature or specifically scheduled for today’s agenda (see items below). The public may comment for up to two minutes. However, Item 5 will be limited to a maximum period of twenty minutes. A maximum of three persons will be permitted to speak to each side of any one topic. The public may also comment for two minutes on action items after the staff report has been presented. In all cases, speakers are asked to come to the front of the room to have your comments recorded. Please state clearly your name and address.

(b) Approval of payroll and claims as of February 15, 2001 in the amount of $1,756,354.92

(c) Motion to authorize the Interim City Manager to execute a temporary lease for Building 1144, Suite 106 in the Highland Plaza Annex

(d) Ordinance No. 265 adding a Utility Coordinator as a new classification to the City of Shoreline’s Classification and Compensation Plan

(e) Ordinance No. 264 amending Ord. No. 254 (the 2001 budget), as amended, by increasing the appropriation from the General Fund balance to fund the reorganization of the Police Street Crimes Unit

(a) Motion to authorize staff to proceed with design of Ronald Bog Subbasin Study Solution Package #1 with the following changes: addition of the ballfield/detention pond in Cromwell Park and deletion of filling the wet area north of Ronald Bog to provide continuous park space

(a) Discussion of lease alternatives related to the City’s West Side Police Storefront
