This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council on any subject which is not of a quasi-judicial nature or specifically scheduled for today’s agenda (see items below). The public may comment for up to two minutes. However, Item 5 will be limited to a maximum period of twenty minutes. A maximum of three persons will be permitted to speak to each side of any one topic. The public may also comment for two minutes on action items after the staff report has been presented. In all cases, speakers are asked to come to the front of the room to have your comments recorded. Please state clearly your name and city of residence.

(d) Ordinance No. 308 granting a franchise to Puget Sound Energy for the Distribution of Natural Gas within the City of Shoreline

(e) Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute a Local Agency Agreement and Project Prospectus obligating federal grant monies for design of the Richmond Beach Overcrossing bridge replacement project

(f) Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for professional services with Otak, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $435,000 for design of the 3rd Avenue Drainage Project
