5. PUBLIC COMMENT

This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council on any subject which is not of a quasi-judicial nature or specifically scheduled for today’s agenda (see items below). The public may comment for up to two minutes. However, Item 5 will be limited to a maximum period of twenty minutes. A maximum of three persons will be permitted to speak to each side of any one topic. The public may also comment for two minutes on action items after the staff report has been presented. In all cases, speakers are asked to come to the front of the room to have your comments recorded. Please state clearly your name and city of residence.

(c) Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute the first one-year renewal term for leased space in the Shoreline Business and Professional Center at the current base rent

(d) Motion to enter into the 2060 Low-Income Housing Fund Interlocal Cooperation Agreement substantially in the form as presented in the packet

(e) Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Cities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Shoreline, and Woodinville for a one-year pilot program for planning, funding, and implementation of a joint human services application and funding program

(f) Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the Center for Human Services related to Juvenile Intervention Program
