This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council on any subject not listed on the agenda for action and not of a quasi-judicial nature .  The public may comment for up to three minutes.  However, Item 5 will be limited to a maximum period of twenty minutes.  The public may also comment for up to three minutes on action items following each staff report.  The total public comment period on each item is also limited to twenty minutes.  In all cases, speakers are asked to come to the front of the room to have your comments recorded.  Please state clearly your name and city of residence.

(b)       Approval of expenses and payroll for the period ending November 26, 2004 in the amount of $2,201,405.20

 

(c)        Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract supplement for professional services for Phase II design of the Richmond Beach Overcrossing Bridge Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $225,000; and to execute a Local Agency Agreement Supplement to obligate federal grant monies for Phase II design

 

(d)       Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement to join in a Shared Architects and Engineering Roster with the City of Lynnwood

 

(e)    Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Onsite PC Care in an amount not to exceed $212,000 to provide network and Help Desk services to the Information Technology Division through December 2006
