The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. The Council recessed into executive session to discuss one personnel issue.
Councilmember Gustafson arrived at 7:20 p.m.
The executive session concluded and Mayor Hansen declared the meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
