PRESENT:       Councilmembers Chang, Fimia, and Ransom

ABSENT:        Mayor Hansen, Deputy Mayor Jepsen, Councilmembers Grace and Gustafson

STAFF:            Steve Burkett, City Manager; Julie Modrzejewski, Assistant City Manager; Scott Passey, Deputy City Clerk

GUEST:           Amy Wetzel and John Nyberg, Buxton Company; Russ McCurdy and Cindy Ryu, Shoreline Chamber of Commerce

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.  When it was apparent that a quorum was not present, the official meeting was adjourned.  A presentation and discussion was continued among those present.
