SUMMARY MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING

PRESENT: Mayor Jepsen, Deputy Mayor Grossman, Councilmembers Gustafson, Hansen, Montgomery and Ransom

ABSENT: Councilmember Chang

1. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Mayor Jepsen, who presided.

2. ROLL CALL

Upon roll call by the City Clerk, all Councilmembers were present, with the exceptions of Deputy Mayor Grossman and Councilmember Hansen, who arrived later in the meeting, and Councilmember Chang.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION

At 6:36 p.m. Mayor Jepsen announced that the Council would recess into Executive Session to consider one item of personnel, the City Manager’s performance review.

Steve Burkett, City Manager, arrived at 7:00 p.m.

4. ADJOURNMENT

At 9:45 p.m., Mayor Jepsen declared the Executive Session concluded and the meeting adjourned.
