SUMMARY MINUTES OF DINNER MEETING

PRESENT: Mayor Hansen, Deputy Mayor Jepsen, Councilmembers Chang, Fimia, Grace, Gustafson, and Ransom

ABSENT: none

STAFF: Steve Burkett, City Manager; Bob Olander, Deputy City Manager; Ian Sievers, City Attorney; Tim Stewart, Director of Planning and Development Services; and Paul Haines, Public Works Director

Mayor Hansen called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

By consensus of the quorum present, the meeting was recessed into executive session to review claims and litigation with the City Attorney for approximately one hour.

Mayor Hansen adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
