SUMMARY MINUTES OF DINNER MEETING

Monday, October 13, 2003

Shoreline Conference Center

6:00 p.m. Highlander Room

PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Grossman, Councilmembers Gustafson, Montgomery, and Ransom

ABSENT: Mayor Jepsen, Councilmembers Chang and Hansen

STAFF: Steve Burkett, City Manager; Robert Olander, Deputy City Manager; Julie Modrzejewski, Assistant and City Manager; and Joyce Nichols, Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Director

Deputy Mayor Grossman convened the meeting at 6:15 p.m.

During dinner, City Councilmembers discussed topics for upcoming meetings, including the Regional Transportation Investment District process and project lists.

Councilmembers also mentioned the Sister City visit to Boryeong, which included Mayor Jepsen and Councilmembers Chang and Hanssen. Councilmembers noted that they hoped the visit was a successful one and they looked forward to hearing from the participants upon their return.

Deputy Mayor Grossman declared the meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
