PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Jepsen, Councilmembers Chang, Fimia, Grace, Gustafson, and Ransom

ABSENT: Mayor Hansen

STAFF: Steve Burkett, City Manager; Bob Olander, Deputy City Manager; Julie Modrzejewski, Assistant City Manager; and Joyce Nichols, Communications and Intergovernmental Affairs Director

The meeting began at 6:50 p.m.

There was discussion of reordering the agenda to address the budget presentation and the North City items first in order to accommodate anticipated public participation.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
