During the General Public Comment period, the Planning
Commission will take public comment on any subject which is not of a
quasi-judicial nature or specifically scheduled later on the agenda. Each
member of the public may comment for up to two minutes. However, the General
Public Comment period will generally be limited to twenty minutes. The Chair
has discretion to limit or extend time limitations and the number of people
permitted to speak. Speakers are asked to come to the front of the room to
have their comments recorded and must clearly state their first and last name,
and city of residence.
