GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT

The public may comment for up to three minutes; the Public Comment under this item will be limited to a maximum period of 30 minutes. The public may also comment for up to three minutes on agenda items following each staff report. The total public comment period on each agenda item is limited to 20 minutes.
